Warm Reminder: Any address on the package is not approved as a return address. Return packages should be authorized. Any return requests not authorized by Customer Service will not be honored. We will issue a refund to your original form of payment within one week.
Return Policy
– All purchases (except clearance items, swimwear, lingerie, bras & bras, panties, bikinis, loungewear & lingerie,bags & accessories) can be returned within 30 days of receipt of the last package of your order.
– Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, with all items inside the packaging intact. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for all costs and no refunds will be given.
– Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
